Attorney Porcelli passed the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida Bar Exams on the FIRST TRY for each examination and was a published member of the Rutgers Law Journal.

Attorney Porcelli holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School, Camden, NJ (1995) and a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA (1991).

Neil P. O'Brien, Esquire

Neil P. O’Brien, Esq. is an experienced attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court of Florida (Middle District).

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Joseph A. Porcelli, P.A., Mr. O’Brien worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit serving both Pinellas and Pasco County Florida. While working as an Assistant State Attorney Mr. O’Brien was primary counsel in thousands of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to first degree felonies. Mr. O’Brien was lead counsel in over forty jury trials in his years as an Assistant State Attorney. While in law school, Mr. O’Brien served as a law clerk for The Honorable Emmett Lamar Battles of the 13th Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida.

Mr. O’Brien holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, FL, a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Business, Deland, FL, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from, St. Leo University, St. Leo, FL.
